03 The math
Two closings.
An agent doing this themselves loses about 11 hours a week to it. At $75 an hour that is paying yourself $3,300 a month to do the work badly.
A full year of The Feature is recovered in roughly two closings. The Series in about four. The Studio in about five. Everything past that is margin.
There is no other published monthly retainer rate for real estate content anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. We checked 38 companies in July 2026. The nearest published ladder is a firm in Toronto.
