Wedding and manufacturer tiers are proposed and lock once we confirm your real ticket size and volume. Everything else is live. All retainers carry a 3 month minimum.

What we are not right for.
- One off social clips under $395. Use a freelancer. We are more expensive than the value at that size.
- National broadcast campaigns with union crews and agency producers. That is SMUGGLER's job, not ours.
- Clients who want to approve every frame. The system runs on one 15 minute approval a month. If that is not enough, the retainer will frustrate you.
- Anyone who will not go on camera at all in a personal brand retainer. The person is the product. We have a camera shy method, but we cannot replace you.
- Rush turnarounds inside 24 hours on retainer work. The edit window exists so the work is good.

How much does video production cost in the Lehigh Valley?
TM Productions publishes fixed rates. Real estate listing media runs $395 to $2,495 and up per property depending on whether you need stills only or a full campaign with drone, agent on camera and social cuts. Monthly content retainers run $1,495 to $6,495 per month depending on volume and vertical. Live broadcast runs $1,850 for a single camera stream to $6,500 and up for a multi camera produced event.
For context, the regional band for listing photos is $119 to $200 and for listing video is $79 to $250 based on published rates from Prevailed Studios and Real Estate Exposures. The regional band for a produced live stream is $2,500 to $10,000 per Edge of Cinema.
How fast do I get the files back?
Listing media is 24 hours to 5 business days depending on tier. Retainer content is a 5 to 7 business day edit window from capture day. Live broadcast recordings are handed over the same day. Sensitive posts get a 24 hour preview before anything publishes. No other Lehigh Valley production company publishes a turnaround at all.
Do you require a contract?
Retainers carry a 3 month minimum. Project work is a services agreement with 50 percent to lock the date and 50 percent on delivery. We will also sign your MSA or vendor agreement and return redlines within 3 business days.
Who owns the footage?
You own all final delivered content. TM Productions retains portfolio and case study rights unless you waive them in writing, which we will do on request. Raw footage stays with us unless purchased separately.
Do you have insurance and can you provide a COI?
Yes. General liability is in force and a certificate of insurance is issued on request, including naming an additional insured. All aerial work is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot.
How do you access my social accounts?
Through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business agency access. We never take your password, and you can revoke our access at any time from your own account.
