01 Event coverage
The whole room, captured.
TM Productions covers events across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York City. One crew handles the stills, the film, the floor interviews and the stream, so you're not paying two teams to stand in the same room all day. Rates and turnaround are published further down the page.
01 The consolidation
Why you only need one crew.
Most events hire a broadcast team to run the stream and then a separate video team to pick up marketing footage. That's two call sheets, two invoices and two sets of people tripping over each other in the same room.
We expand the broadcast coverage so it doubles as the marketing capture. Two locked cameras plus a roaming operator gets you the live show, the b-roll, the reaction shots and the pull quote you'll end up cutting the recap around. It costs less than two teams, and the footage is better because the roamer isn't fighting somebody else's tripod for position.
That exact move is how the Figure 8 Digital roundtable in Manhattan came in at $3,700 instead of two separate quotes.
02 Coverage
Half day show coverage runs $2,400.
| Line | Price | What is in it | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photography coverage | $325 | 1 principal photographer, 50 to 80 final images, gallery live 90 days | 24 hours |
| Videography coverage | $625 | 1 principal videographer, highlights of the whole event, speaker and delegate interviews | Same day capture |
| Highlight edit | $750 | One highlight film, logo and no logo versions | 14 days |
| Vox pop interviews | $250 | Floor interviews with delegates and speakers | Same day capture |
| Interview edits | $150 each | Up to 90 seconds, delivered as separate files | 14 days |
This is the exact structure a regional manufacturing association books for its annual technology show. On a two day show you add coverage lines and the day rate stays where it is.
03 Need it online too?
Same crew, plus the stream.
When the room needs to be online, the coverage crew and the broadcast crew are the same people. Packages from a single locked camera to a four camera produced show are on the live broadcast page.
