05 Brand content
One capture day, and a month of content.
TM Productions runs brand content retainers for real estate agents, manufacturers and owner-led businesses in the Lehigh Valley. It's the same machine every time, a capture day and a published edit window and posts going out on a schedule, and honestly the only thing that moves much from client to client is who's standing in front of the camera.

01 The engine
Three hours of shooting covers a whole month.
A brand content retainer is a monthly engine. One capture day of about three hours produces eight to sixteen reels and the same number of stills, published for you three or four times a week across the platforms your buyers use.
Machines, a service, a storefront, it honestly doesn't matter much which one you sell. A capture day looks different in a plant than it does in a showroom, and the schedule underneath runs exactly the same either way.
Real estate agents have their own program with its own pricing and an eXp partnership rate. That lives on the Agents page.
02 The ladder
Three tiers, built for a technical buyer.

- 1 technical article a month

The Line

- Quarterly shop floor capture day
- 1 product or process film
The Plant
Proposed
- 16 posts a month
- 4 technical articles
- Monthly capture day
- Trade show coverage, 1 a year
03 The math
Two closings.
An agent doing this themselves loses about 11 hours a week to it. At $75 an hour that's paying yourself $3,300 a month to do the work badly.
A full year of The Feature comes back in roughly two closings, The Series in about four and The Studio in about five, and everything past that is margin.
There's no other published monthly retainer rate for real estate content anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. We checked 38 companies in July 2026, and the nearest published ladder we could find belongs to a firm in Toronto.
The camera shy method is the reason this works. One talking setup a day and the rest of it is action plus voiceover, so you don't have to turn into a performer just to have a brand.
