TM Productions produces live broadcasts across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York City. The consolidation move is the whole offer: instead of paying for a broadcast team and a separate video team, one expanded crew covers both.
01 The consolidation

Most events hire a broadcast team to run the stream and a separate video team to capture marketing footage. That is two call sheets, two invoices and two sets of people in the room.
We expand the broadcast coverage so it doubles as the marketing capture. Two locked cameras plus one roaming operator gets you the live show and the b-roll, the reaction shots and the pull quotes. One crew, lower cost, better footage.
That exact move is how the Figure 8 Digital roundtable in Manhattan came in at $3,700 instead of two separate quotes.
